Large scale architecture is created through close professional cooperation and discipline. The developer YIT Latvija has recently celebrated the topping out ceremony for the new 13 story residential building Rubīns located in Zolitūde. This is a significant milestone in urban development where the RIPO fabrika team is implementing a large scale railing project.

We are currently installing over 600 meters of balcony railings and approximately 50 meters of terrace railings on the upper floors.
According to the architect's vision, aluminum series 155 solutions were chosen for this project. They combine anodized aluminum profiles in a matte silver finish with grey tinted tempered laminated glass.
Every detail, from the oval handrail to the vertical bar segments, is designed to ensure maximum safety and aesthetic harmony with the building's modern silhouette.
Our primary task is to precisely execute the planned visual identity while ensuring the highest manufacturing and installation quality. By the end of 2026, this building will become a home for 98 families who value safety and a high quality environment.
Large scale projects require discipline and a clear vision of the final result. This cooperation demonstrates how engineering solutions help create modern and comfortable living spaces.
